GDPR and Personal Data Policy

When you contact us at Duschprodukter Sweden AB, we are careful to handle your personal data in a safe and secure manner in accordance with the EU Data Protection Ordinance (GDPR). We use the data to provide you with the best possible service, to fulfill the agreements we enter into and our obligations towards the authorities.

Personal data includes customary information such as name, address, phone number, email address, customer number, VAT id, payment details and purchase history. It also includes normal web analytics of visits and use of our site, including ip address. Handling of personal data also takes place when you order our products through third parties, to ensure proper delivery and good customer service.

We save data as long as there is a need, to give you good service now and in the future. At your request we can tell you what data is stored about you. You may also request deletion of the data that we are not legally required to store, for example through the Accounting Act. We are careful with your personal data and will never sell personal data to third parties for marketing.

GPSR – General Product Safety Regulations

The EU General Product Safety Regulation (GPSR, 2023/988) came into effect on January 1, 2025, aiming to ensure that all consumer products on the market are safe by requiring risk assessment, traceability, clear safety information, and procedures for recalling dangerous products.

At Duschprodukter Sweden AB, we work to ensure that our products are as safe as possible. Our packaging includes information on how to contact us, and this information is being further expanded for upcoming editions of the products.
